Default Marshin parts?

I am having electrical issues with my MHT200. There are four small solid state relays in the batt box that I cannot find anywhere. I am troubleshooting and if it comes down to one of these, I fear I may be screwed. They are called the start relay, cutout relay, reverse controller, and main switch lock. The starter solenoid seems to be readily available. Anyone have any ideas or a source?

Thanks to any and all in advance.......

Denny

From your earlier post I searched around a bit. There is a real shortage of info on these quads...

Do you have a wiring diagram at all? I couldn't find one in my searching.

You say you have "4 solid state relays" in the battery box. How do you know this is what those devices are? The reason I'm asking is that solid state relays are fairly generic and can be bought from electronics distributors like Mouser or Digikey for a reasonable price. If they really are SSR's then we would need to know what kind of load it is switching, and how to wire it up, but that is doable if you can do some wire tracing and some careful measurements.

But I'm really wondering why there would be a start relay, and a starter solenoid (which is just another relay). Are they using a relay to control a relay? That would seem kind of dumb...

Major brain fart, Lynn...It has 3 "relays" and the starter solenoid. I don't have a print and can't find one. I have 3 that appear to be close. Made it out to the garage today. I don't know that those relays are SSR's, but they are sealed. I tried to jump the output on one out last week and it turned the starter over. The blue/white kill switch wire goes to this relay as well as a couple of other wires. I plan on trying some voltage checks at the CDI plug and coil tomorrow before work. What kind of voltage should I see at the primary wire on the coil? I am pretty sure the CDI is DC now as it's half again bigger than the replacement and only has the one battery lead. I'll post a copy of this in the original "Ask an Expert" thread so it doesn't get chopped up.

Thanks
Denny
