Default Kazuma 150 Falcon.

Hi All,

I have recently purchased a 150 Falcon.
Does anyone have a pdf manual available for one of these.
Any and all help will be appreciated.

Cheers

hulley,
Go to buggynews.com and you can download a manual that will cover that 150 engine.

Hulley,

Assuming your engine is a GY6, Bakermon's link is a good one. There are other as well. Come back if you have trouble finding them.

Keep in mind that the GY6 engine is used in scooters, quads, buggies, an who knows what else. Don't be put off by a GY6 service manual that shows a buggy or a scooter. 95% of the manual will apply to your quad as well.

Google GY6 engines to look at pictures. Horizontal configuration, plastic shrouded cylinder fins (part of a forced air cooling system), open fan at the flywheel, and a fully automatic CVT belt driven transmission are key elements. Note that GY6 engines often have engine side covers that vary a lot from vendor to vendor. Ignore that part...
