I don't have a tao tao diagram. But there are lots of other 110cc diagrams out there. Tao tao's are generic as far as I know, which means they use OEM parts bought from outside vendors which are generic and standard. Thus, there are only a few ways they can be wired up.
I don't think you will be successful in finding an exact wiring diagram for your quad - but if you are please post what you find here...
If you take one system at a time (starting, spark generation, battery charging, lighting, etc.), and with a few measurements with a meter, figure out which scheme each system uses and fix it - one system at a time.
So what works? What doesn't?

taotao 110cc no spark problems
hi i have a taotao110cc taken apart ive got the wiring harness out in pieces ive got the cdi box of the voltage regulator off the engine off the spark plug is brand new ive got the condenser from it and the cylinoid for the starter off i have no idea how to wire it together so itll run again we can the engine to crank and run but the spark plug will not spark need help as soon as possible please

i got to here trying to find a good diagram for jinli 110 quad. i had good luck with diagrams finally by yahoo search "110 atv wiring diagrams" then started going through images, not text. lots of them there. paged down and same gent helping us here was helping someone there. i hope this will help you guys, slideshow through images as some better than others. now my question... from diagrams i think my unit had a remote in system that is missing [4 wire connector red green red/yel green/yel ] can i wire as "standard" 5 pin cdi with no remote whatever it is . if so whats required.im more a points and condensor guy old school ha simple. thanks

i m not sure about what links ok to post here, but i dont think anyone will mind this.. on yahoo i searched "honda 110 parts diagrams" when results came up third one is images. there are many different things shown but most pertain to 110 family. about 2/3 in are wiring dia. for 4 aqnd 5 pin systems. very detailed , legible and easy. roteka, kazuma sites mentioned by member there too. i ended up surfing the images for awhile.. good hunting
