So after 10 minutes it stalls.....
How long before it starts back up? Does it start right away? Do you have to wait 5 seconds? 10 minutes? An hour?
Why do you think it's flooding? Do you have a fuel shutoff (petcock) valve? After it stalls what happens if you try to restart after you turn off this valve [crank with wide open throttle (WOT) for a bit]?
What is the history of this quad? Did you buy it new? Has it always done this? 2 stroke or 4 stroke? Do you links to anyone who sells these quads?
You have to provide more info if you want help...

its a 4 stroke. looks like a kazuma engine and has all the same parts as my brothers 110(not sure of make at this moment. I was able to start it right away but i'd have to hold it wide open to get it cleared up. I'm gonna try and clean the carb in detail and see what happens after that because since it has not been able to idle. the guy i got it from said the float used to stick but that seems to be fine.

when i start it it revs high on its own and then dies out unless i keep it running. I have the idle screw turned in quite a bit to make it try and idle which may be why. it can drive it around the yard fine you just have to keep it running at low speeds, which is not easily done by my kids since they are just starting. this quad model is a 2006 hornet. does that make sense?

Do you see fuel coming out the overflow hose?
