have you found the shifting mechanism at the transmission/gearbox and followed the cables/rods/or whatever it has back up to a switch/handle of some sort?

private message me the VIN. the 17 digit alpha-numeric code for the quad located on the ID tag on the front or on the left hand side of the frame under the engine.

I cant find anything that shows anything regarding reverse... I was told the shift pattern was RN1234.. But i can get it in R and the sticker say to pull the cable for reverse... nothing i can find... I can find any info on a Yamati 150cc either....

Just so we are on the same page... There is nothing on the outside of the engine or maybe the drive shaft area that a cable could attach to? a lever? a hole in the cases a cable could go into? And there is no gear below neutral?

A couple more.. in the 2nd pic.. the rear end seems to have a cable going to it? Does yours have a spot like that?

they both the same..... here are some updated pics...



One mine that appears to be some kind of vent tube.

I was told R is all the way at the top the N1234 down..

The problem is the Jetmoto 150 in the pics isnt mine... There is a guy with a shop near mine that works on small engines.. He gets a lot of Chinese stuff to work on... I had never seen a Jetmoto 150 that didnt have a GY6 style engine so I took some pics..
