Peace Sport 110cc

I was adjusting the Idle Speed adjuster screw located on the carburetor or known as the ( Carburetor idle speed check and adjustment screw ) for engine start up and warm up. I may have adjusted the screw to much but when i set it back it has no affect. When i start the quad it is revving really high and loud with the choke on and off it makes no difference and i tried to adjust the idle screw and the revving won't go back to the normal sound it is still a very high revving sound and when i put the bike in Drive it takes off without touching the throttle and the same for reverse. For netural it sounds like a jet taking off revving really high.



Is there a suggestion to fix this or a solution? Im desperate of ideas on fixing this.
