thats a little too vague.. tell us what problems you are having and maybe we can help?
mine is a 2011 taotao 125d and the carb is a p.i.a. to work on as all the places you would need to get at to work on it are sealed..
to open the bowl to get to the jets you have to drill out or punch out some pins, they didnt use screws.. I havent bothered with that yet..
the fuel jet adjustment was covered with a brass cap I had to drill out, that isnt that bad
there is no adjustment on the needle valve (which I think is my problem, I have a dead spot at mid throttle), and the top was on so tight that I had to squeez it with my channel locks so hard that I was sure I was going to cave it in, but finally it came off
depending on your problem you may be further ahead to buy a carb off of ebay instead of messing with the stock one (which seems to be complete garbage)
there are chinese mikuni clones on ebay for less than $40.. I just dont know if they are any better, but at least in the pictures they look like they are serviceable, and hopefully use genuine mikuni jets.. (anyone tried these?)
I am hoping to find a small carb off a japanese dirtbike that I can use without modification, because most of them sell for ~$75-$80ish and they are genuine mikunis or keihn's and you can be sure they are good with plenty of parts available
I plan to buy something this week and I will report back when I do.. hopefully I can get this thing runing like it should have from the factory
