I have a 107cc no name Chinese atv. I was planning on rebuilding the whole well most of it to make it very simple to operate and maintain. By that I mean rewire it so the stupid computer and saftey buttons are all bypassed except for the brake sensor. Right now the wire harness is in shreds so I have to buy a new one and modify that. Then possibly get a performance CDI, I wish to just remove all the extra features and keep only what the engine needs to run and go && if there is a kit to turn an electric engine to kick start that would make my adventure that much easier.

does it have a shaft coming out near the bottom of the motor? should look like one for changing gears but bigger? if it has that you should be able to hook one up

 

No :/ Well that's a bummer haha but I'm still going to continue my plan on rebuilding the thing the right way!

 

ha well im trying to do something similar to mine, but even tho i have the shaft to connect it to, im going to have to cut the plastics at the back for room for it to kick!! its going to be annoying but hopefully will work handier then the electric start as the battery is a bit dodgey!! all the best in the rebuild
