Can anyone tell me if there is 12V coming from the battery and 10V going into the starter when I click the starter button is that normal, good,bad, expected, etc? Does it mean the battery is not good, the solenoid is bad or anything useful? The solenoid clicks when I try to start it and when I jump the solenoid with a screwdriver it sparks but still nothing but clicks.
