70cc BMX atv trouble removing cam sprocket cover

I am trying to adjust the valves on my daughters 70cc bmx atv,but i do not know how to remove the cam sprocket cover.It has no bolts in it.Does it twist off or pop off?Any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks
