Friend of mine is giving me an old Peace Sports 110cc atv that he couldn't get working. Its a 2007 model and in the process of trying to fix the atv and moving he's lost the carbs. Anyone have any idea what carbs I need to order for this? Sticker on the motor has 152FMH. I got the basic idea of the code but I can't find anywhere to match it with the carb.

I looked up peace sports website and their parts section is empty, lol

a large number of the china 110 and 125's use a carb called a pz20.. not the best carb, but you should be able to get a new one for ~$25 and it will probably work fine

ebay is usually the cheapest source for parts for these things, just hop on there and search pz20 or 110 atv carb

 

I have reviewed that post before but for some reason I never connected the dots. I was google searching for the whole string Kan Tai PZ19-A7-322-14. All that was getting me was confused. But I found this site Peace Parts Factory: ATV & Scooter Parts and lo and behold they have a carb labeled as a PZ19. I'm willing to bet $34.99 that is the one I'm looking for. Thanks Jaster94 and High_Boost. I'll update when I get it in and slap it on. I'm going to need some serious help getting the wiring figured out on this thing. The atv was stolen and recovereed and whoever had it destroyed the key hole so I'm going to have to hot wire it and my buddy has left it in a mess when he was trying to fix it. But it's got low hours and it's free to me.

 

while you're on that website, see what a new ignition will cost. surely it ain't over $15 for it. is the wiring harness that hacked up? does it need to be replaced or can we walk you through splicing wires and upgrading connections?

 

If I can get the schematics for it I can probably get the job done myself. I don't know the pinout for any of the plugs but if they are chopped up too bad I'll just cut them off and wire them directly. CDI box runs $6.
