I bought my daughter a new hundred 25 cc ATV tato and it won't start it just keeps turning over she's only have it in a week it got extremely cold outside I went out to crank it for her to ride on the sleet and snowand its not starting at all what do I do

 

Remove the plug re-fit the cap and lay the plug on the head, turn the engine over and see if you get a spark, if you do, it may be dirt or water in the carb. If you don't, try a new plug. If that doesn't produce a spark you have an electrical problem. There should be some warranty on a new Quad, so take it back.
