Hello, I am having the exact same problem. My cart takes some time to get going. I've adjusted the clutch in many ways and the brakes are not hanging. It rolls in neutral very well. The best I can get it still has no power. It starts slowly and picks up steam, but when starting up any sort of hill, it gets louder but doesn't actually move faster (if at all). Sometimes it just sits there and revs louder and louder. It heats up, and then won't go anywhere. It gets very hot. It's like the gears are just spinning and not hooking up. The longer you ride it, the hotter it gets and the worse it gets. The kicker is that it works much better in reverse. It will actually go, but terrible in forward.
