First off I unfortunately do not know what year it is, but what I do know when I got this thing it had like 5 pounds of compression so I decided to rebuild the head, it has a 62mm in diameter piston. I got the new bottom half of the head and pistion kit installed it, as far as i know it is correctly installed. I am uncertain on the valve adjustments I did however loosen the rocker arms so I am certain they have clearance. Went to check compression.... and had none. After observing the valve timing, to me it looks wrong. What i am wondering is how to correct what is wrong with the timing?
