tao tao 110 , i hear click sound but wont start, need help

tao tao 110 , i hear click sound but wont start, need help
i have a brand new battery,switch and relay but i can only hear a click sound and wont start. as try to push start it i can hear the engine roll so i know the engine is not locked up. someone please help me. when i put the positive wire directly on the starter nothing happens. help.

One post in one forum is sufficient. Please do *not* post over and over in multiple places. It clutters up the forum(s), and reduces your chance of getting a response since it is very annoying
.The exception is sending me a duplicate via private messages (if you really think it neccesary). I don't mind getting duplicate requests. I'm used to it by now...
