may have figured out the no spark, well .07volt spark stator is broken off..
here is a picture

looks like some rubbing on the flywheel, do i need to change that too??
here is the atv i had a post earlier today, I dont know the make or model it is chinese... think its a 90 as the head says 10cm3 on it...
pic of the quad.. https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphot...55334298_n.jpg

Well if the timing trigger pickup coil is broken you won't get spark...
I've never owned a 110cc (or whatever displacement) E22 engine powered quad. So I don't know a lot about them. AS far as the pickup coil, usually these come as part of a stator assembly, and are riveted onto a base plate with the other two internal coils (AC ignition power, and battery charge windings).
To buy a new stator I would look extremely carefully at the mounting scheme (comparing pictures from the vendor website to yours). Also I would look very carefully at the battery charge winding (the one with heavy gauge wires), and see if one end of the winding is grounded to the case. There are two different topologies of stators aout there, and you need to find out what yours is before looking for a replacement.
AS far as rubbing on the flywheel, I would be concentrating on *why* the rubbing was taking place. This should not be happening at all. I'm wondering if you have a bent crankshaft, or something else that would cause the flywheel to wobble as it turns. This would be very bad. The gaps between the internal flywheel and the generating coils is very small, as is the gap between the external pickup coil and the *raised bump* on the outside of the flywheel. We're looking at clearance numbers like 0.025". You've managed to break off the external pickup coil *and* score up the inside of the flywheel pretty bad. This first question is not whether the flywheel is good or not, the question is *why* this happened. That needs to be solved first (and before you buy a new stator). I would use a dial indicator to measure the flywheel runout as the engine is turned by hand.

Will do thAt tonight! The guy that had it before me was clueless, only had 1 of the stator housing bolts on when I got it, he probAbly tried to start it like that, however I will do some checking into the bent crank!

One bolt out of two would explain it. With only one bolt the stator can twist around the single bolt and collide with the flywheel. That seems more likely a scenario than a bent crankshaft.
