Default Carb help please,falcon 90

After taking apart the Carb and soaking it in cleaner I'm very confident that it's spotless. The issue om having now is fuel will not stop coming out of the drain on the bottom, fuel is literally blowing out of the air intake side while I'm turning over the motor, and it won't idle without the idle screw turned as far to the left as possible.
I'm confident I have followed. Instructions. In this thread( https://atvconnection.com/forums/showthread.php?t=226524) on adjusting the Carb but once I get it up to a decent operating temp and to actually idel with out any choke at 3/4 to full throttle there is an obvious miss and if I quickly release it will stall.
A little help please.....

ok, glad you soaked it. that'll help you repair it correctly now. not that you didn't do a good job, you just lack a few steps. don't worry, we're here to help and don't get mad or upset. there's a few more steps you need to complete to get this thing going correctly.
you're flooding the carb cause your float/needle valve is sticking open. remove the carb and disassemble it again. remove the float and spring. see the needle valve? it's the little barrel looking plug. remove it from its hole and clean it with a Qtip and carb cleaner. use compressed air from your air comp or canned air. make sure any varnish or solids is removed along with any cotton strands that may have come off of the Qtip.
now remove the jets. physically clean them with a guitar string, wire, or what i use is an oxy/acetylene torch tip cleaner pack. .

rod out the orifices and down the center of both jets. you need to see unobstructed daylight through all holes in the jets. even a little piece of sand/solids can make your engine stall/bog or not idle. reinstall all pieces and fire it up.
here's a hyperlink to help you out. now your carb may not be identical to the ones in the videos, but the principle is the same.

now, notice in video, that the float is attached to a silver looking armature with a split tab in the center, the needle valve is located under that on the carb side and that's what actuates the valve in/out to control the gasoline coming in to control the gasoline level in the float bowl. that is what needs to be cleaned to prevent the valve from sticking open/closed. report back with updates or questions. have a good'en! take notes or pics if you need to so the reassembly will go good for you.

after you reassemble the jets and float assembly and before you put the float bowl back on, hold the carb upright and move the float up/down with your finger and watch the needle valve actuate to make sure it ain't sticking open/closed. if satisfied that it is working correctly, reinstall the float bowl, reinstall the carb and fire it up.

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond, I still can't get it running right, it still has a skip at wide open throttle and definitely does not seem to be putting out much power. The quad only wants to idel best with the idle screw turned as far to the left as possible and the air mix screw just a little more than two turns out. I also have to feather off the throttle to keep it from cutting out until the motor is good and hot. Any help is much appreciated.

One of your Jets is plugged, I had one that did the same thing clean your jets with with a torch tip cleaner make sure you can see daylight

I'm confident that they are clean, I was able to run a guitar string through them with ease, and to make sure I then soaked the jets un carb cleaner over night again then while still submerged I ran the guitar string through repeatedly. I can see light through them all, still runs like poo......
I do appreciate all the help thus far, hopefully we can solve this issue.

""fuel will not stop coming out of the drain on the bottom, fuel is literally blowing out of the air intake side while I'm turning over the motor, and it won't idle without the idle screw turned as far to the left as possible.""

I think it could be a float/needle problem.

Yeah whenbi cleaned it the second time I noticed it had slipped down and was wedged in the float holding it open. I guess I should have mentioned that I solved that issue. All the other problems still persist though.
