I'm having some hard time with this thing. Original problem: Started sometimes, suspected the problem with the ignition switch: Changed it. After that it has not been running. So far done to the thing: Changed CDI, changed spark coil, checked the magneto, changed the spark plug.. Starting to run out of ideas. Oh, now I can't get any power to the ATV either. However the coil is fine, so is the battery. Any help?

So you changed the ignition switch and now it doesn't run. What does that mean?

1) Does the starter motor turn when you push the start button?
2) Do you have spark?
3) How did you check the magneto (stator)?
4) How do you know the coil is fine?
5) How do you know the battery is fine?

 

and check your inline fuse.
