look for them at craigslist, ebay, coparts (this site is a national junk yard/repo yard auction site-too much stuff to choose from).
other than that, see if you can do an internet search for bashan, i saw one site out of england that had them for $125 for the main faring/fenders, $50 for headlight and other smaller comsetic plastics. of course, shipping would be a killer on the wallet! either that, or find a local atv boneyard to peruse through our post an ad on craigslist. sorry i can't help much after that.

Just stuck it in Cyclepedia's vin decoder and got:-

It looks like you have a 2007 Chongqing Astronautic Bashan TPGS-305

Something wrong with the vin, I found the Bashan code on line https://static.nhtsa.gov/nhtsa/downl...il/ORG4617.pdf and 6th digit should be a number, code for engine size, but it is a letter D.
