Tried everything need help
I have a 110cc 4 stroke atv it was running but something was killing the battery. So I found the problem voltage regulator was bad. Well ptrouble shooting I found a remote control box by rear wheel and wasn't sure that's what is was and I grounded the sensor wire. Well it still wouldn't fire so I ungrounded sensor wire and since have purchased a new voltage regulator a new cdi a new coil and rebuilt carberator and I have traced everything I know to trace and it will not fire. The kill switch in rear the wires have been cut and the toggle switch on handle bars seems to work ok. I have got voltage coming from stator while it turns over but no fire. I have tried everything any help would be greatly appreciated.

Coils very rarely fail, you can unplug black/white wire from CDI & see if you got spark back, use a cotterpin from the backside it will slip right out, if it starts ten it tells you have a bad killswitch, tether cord or possibly even key switch, if that don't do it (after obviously checking for bad connection in wires) Stator is your problem, stators are a easy replacement & are cheap to buy, depending brand & how old yours is you may not be able to find the same plug but take yours off & order a stator for it, 2 coil or 6 coil, you will know by looks once you get yours off, just hard wire it, wire to wire, green & black are normally grounds, other colors should be the same.
