in need of alot of help plz

Firstly have no idea what type of quad I have,
Secondly its not starting,
Thirdly.. tried to jump it and well think I burned what looks like a relay will post a pic..
And lastly have no idea where a hose has either slipped out from or idk if it just hangs loose will post pic of that too please help, will be greatly appreciated...

at that angle, it looks to have a GY6 150cc engine.
.
look below the finned area of the cylinder. is there a forged/cast stamp that says "149cm3" or "109cm3" or some similiar alphanumeric digit code? i'll still do some searches to see what kind of quad that is. not sure right now of the brand cause there's so many. on the downtube from the steering or on the left frame rail on the underside, look for the 17 digit alphanumeric VIN and report back what that is. then we can tell you what year model and maybe who built the dang thing.
