Default Two boxes
What are the 2 boxes at front with wires on them, one is cdi on the left, not sure about the right

also here is a picture of the rest of the bike, any idea what it is for future reference when I need parts

not sure, found out one on right is cdi, one on left also has blue/white wire which is same as trigger for cdi as it joins up with the blue one from stator
