Default Kudaki starter

Hello, i got one kudaki 250cc sport that i'm trying to get the electrical to work on.
When i unplug the + wire from the starter solenoid and measure between the ground and the + plug i get a connection, is this right or is the starter gone?
Its like the + plug on starter is ground.
Have tried to connect it right to the battery but no sparks.
Do i have too little "juice" in the battery or what? When i tested it i had 11.5v left on the battery.. Tought it would be enough to turn the starter motor around a little?
Hope someone have any clue about this.
Sorry for my english writing

11.5v is too little you want 12.6, on the solenoid you should have a 12v wire going to battery, and on the other side a heavy wire going to the starter motor, then there is a wire connected to it that operates from the start button, be aware some wiring looms require the front brake to be on for the engine to crank, this can be disabled by following the wire from the brake lever to where the join the loom and join them together

Yes i know that, but when i bypass the solenoid nothing happends.
When i have disconnected the + wire from the starter motor and take the voltmeter between the + plug on starter motor and the + side of the battery it's reading the current voltage of the battery...
The little + pin on the starter motor is connected to ground (-) somehow.

it should be 2 wires to the pin as you call it, and that will run from the starter switch, get a good battery and jumper leads, connect negative from battery to chassis on bike, then with a screwdriver in the positive touch on the starter motor input, this should turn it over, if not starter is shagged if battery is good
