Exclamation Eton Viper 150cc Throttle Problem

Today i was riding and i came across some water and before this i could go full throttle but after entering the water i could not go full throttle. When i go full throttle it bogs down making noises out the exhaust. I cleaned the carburetor but that seemed to do no good. Do you guys think the air filter got some water in it, hopefully not the engine

did you notice if there is any evidence of water/dirt/sand in filter box? how wet did the spark plug and coil wire get? if it got wet, you could've grounded/shorted the spark plug. if anything, let it dry, then maybe try a new plug, then go after the carb's jets.

Just put in a new spark plug when I came back and wasn't that wet and still had the problem and cleaned jets

The air filter had some muddy water in it and sand so I took that out and cleaned it and letting everything dry in the sun

Water in the gas tank? I've submarined them before and I almost always get water in the gas. If it isn't in the carb, filter, or exhaust pipe that would be my guess.
