Default Engine oil and brake fluid

I want to change the engine oil and also need to replace the brake fluid. What grades of oil and brake fluid do I need? They are 110 and 150cc quads.

If they are air cooled probably 10-40 wet clutch oil and DOT 4 brake fluid.

Is there a way to tell if its a wet clutch? I don't have much experience with bikes but am learning fast. They are single speed, no reverse, just press the throttle and go.

Ok, maybe i'm ignorant but why not DOT 3?
DOT 3 is used in almost every car made in the last 50 years DOT 4 is used in things like (smallish) moving vans. Does a quads brakes really generate enough heat to require DOT 4 or is it cause it has some other property i'm unaware of (maybe more tolarant of water?)?

Again I ask in ignorance cause everything i've ever ran used steel cables.

Done a bit of searching and looks like most bikes have a wet clutch, told you I was new to bikes Would this be right? don't want to put the wrong oil in.

Most Bikes are wet clutch but most ATVs are CVT drive (belt) now that have no wet clutch.
No matter all Motorcycle grade oil are made for wet clutches.

There's even full synthetic oils like Amsoil that are made for wet clutches.
