I just installed a brand new carb. Got it cranked, and it ran for a couple minutes, then it shut off and now it wont crank. Just keeps turning over. Any suggestions?

 

maby got a pc of junk plugging the jet?

 

It still cranks if I put starter fluid directly in carb but only runs for a sec until its burned off. Could this still be a clogged jet? It seems too be getting gas because if I manual choke with my hand it because wet from gas.
