Default Carb Tuning Problems

Hi guys I just got a new carb for my 110cc Chinese ATV and its is giving me problems. It idles fine and revs up with no studder or dying but when it returns back to idle it dies. Any suggestiopns.

It may be too lean or too rich

I know the quads themselves come crated with a gel in the float bowl to keep the float from banging around during shipping. The gel is supposed to completely dissolve when introduced to gasoline, but I know the JetMoto I assembled needed some attention. When I say some attention, the float was sticking, SO... I took a hammer and a wooden dowel and tapped around the float bowl. Initially this did not work, so I literally picked up the rear end of the quad and dropped it from knee high. The combination of the two got it to work properly, no kidding. It might be that your carb has the gel in the float bowl too.
