Exclamation Very Weak Spark

Hello,
Recently started working on some ATVs that we have, but we ran into a problem that we can not resolve on a Maxfine 100ATV. We are getting very very little spark. We replaced the Spark plug, made sure both Kill switches are pushed in. From looking around on other Forum it seems that stator could cause a weak spark but we could not find that stator on this Quad.

Side note - We had everything running great, was idling for over 20 minutes, then we decided to put it back together to take for a Test Run, Shut the quad off, put all the plastic back on, then it would not start.

Anyone have any suggestions what could of happen?

I would look very carefully at each wire connection.. something got moved when you put the plastic back on.. Chinese wire connections look just like the connections on Japanese quads etc... problem is they are made of soft metal that doesnt hold its shape... the wires can look connected but the connection is loose..Its also possible that you have a exposed wire that is now contacting the frame and grounding out the system..
