Id go with a 135-140.. 110 is very small..

If you have a set of number drills you can drill the jet out... a 110 jet has a hole size of 1.10 X .03937(1mm) = .043 dia thru the jet..

Well I have searched locally and nobody carries these jets. I took the jet with me and all I heard today was what did this come out of. I told them its a Dekni PD24J and the response at 3 different places was all we carry is jets for keihin and mikuni. So I guess I am off to harbor freight to buy drill bits. So if I step up to 115 that .045 and 120 is .047 and 125 is .049. However the drill bits dont quite match up. Also I dont own a drill press. I have a 18v cordless dewalt and a vise. Will that suffice??

52 (0.064 in.), 53 (0.058 in.), 54 (0.054 in.), 55 (0.052 in.), 56 (0.046 in.), 57 (0.043 in.),

While your at harbor freight buy a pin vice.. its a small hand drill chuck.. your removing so little material you want to drill by hand.. Id start with the .046 #55 drill bit..and move up .003-.006 at a time from there.

Well I managed to find some jets after all and stuck a 120 in there and she screams now. Thank you so much. Now I'm struggling with the rear brake. The master cylinder had so much crap in it. I cleaned it all out with brake clean and I sprayed the line out as well. Not sure what the problem is but I can't get no brake pressure at all. There's hardly no fluid that comes out of the mater cylinder into the line. I've been trying to bleed for 40 minutes now and the master cylinder fluid level hasn't moved. How many holes does the cylinder have? I have one little hole on the floor of it and a little indentation right next to it. I'm wondering if that is supposed to be a hole also. I do t want to spend 45.00 on a new one if not necessary. Any help please would be appreciated. Thank you!!

Entirely "not recommended" but it works. Get a pair of vice grips and clamp the flexible hose leading from the master cylinder so it is just squashed enough to close it off. Remove the clamp, push the lever right down, refit the clamp, let the lever come back up and remove the clamp again, repeat until the brakes are bled. Keep checking the reservoir as you will soon pump all the fluid out. Some Chinese machines have hard, braided pipes, you can't do this with them.

My brake line is braided and I perfer not to crush or clamp it off. There has to be a way to do this without doing that. Anyone know how many little holes are suppose to be on the floor of the mastercylinder...1 or 2?? And can you just replace the front wheel bearings on these or do you have to replace the whole hub?? Ive noticed theres some wiggle slop on both front wheels and you can feel it at WOT going down the road. I havent pulled the wheels yet but its definitely something going on there.

There has to be something plugging your master cylinder. Compressed air may free things up.. But you would have to take it apart and re bleed the system..

Bearings should be separate from the hub and be replaceable..

Glad to hear you got it running good.. I think every Chinese quad running below 3000' would benefit from richer jetting..
