I bought 2 plugs. Both do the same. Put the old plug in and I also get the same result.

I feel like the electricity is not going through the spark plug like it should be, but instead going through the metal casing on the spark plug cap down to the hex nut where it makes contact with the cap. Do you think thats possible?

Not sure if you can replace the spark plug wire and cap. I believe the wire and cap comes with a new coil.

I bought a new coil. We'll see what happens when it gets here. Thanks for the help.

UPDATE: New coil put on and she's back to running again. Thanks for the assistance.
