Fsn 110cc stator issues

Fsn 110cc stator issues
Im not getting spark
stator testing:
Blue/white pickup: 125 olhms 1.8 v
black/red: 0 olhms 40 v
yellow: .6 olhms
white: .6 olhms
ground: .6 olhms
coil testing:
Ground and power have continuity and .6 olms
spark plug boot to ground is 10.2 olhms
please help me get spark or tell me how i can get ignition power to reads olhms and fix the short
