Could be anything. The black paint on the plastics is unusual, as paint always comes off and makes a bike look untidy. The vin may encode the true makers name, but the engine type is the most important, the engine number, and a decent picture of the engine will help with engine spares. Question is, what do you need?

 

Thank you for your reply merryman. I have an identical Quad and require the front nose (black in photo) but red normally and the tank surround plastics to start with, then other mechanical parts .These plastics I have not seen in my searches .
