110 cc atv has spark, compression, and fuel but still won’t run
I just picked up a 110 cc Chinese atv from someone in a trade. It has been sitting for a year but luckily was sitting inside a storage shed. I have purchased a new spark plug and drained the old gas, filled it up with new gas but still won’t catch. The starter button isn’t connected so I’ve been jumping it off the starter. Has good compression and fuel is getting to the carb. Does anyone have any idea of why it won’t catch? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Clean the carb out, no rebuild kits, or new carbs, just remove float bowl, take out jets, blow through them and the holes they came from with compressed air, Check you can see through them, re-fit, and try again.
On the start button, most have a lock-out on the brake or gearchange, so they need brakes on, or to be in neutral, before start button will work. If stood, these often don't work, but can be by-passed or replaced with a new lock-out switch.
