I have hb-atv49 chinese quad bike that I got from friend.
It was working fine few weeks ago, but then the starter wire thingy (what you pull) broke.
The quad was pre stripped from usless wires (anti theft, wireless starter etc...)
Now I figured out how to conenct starter motor wires back (to get starter working because no had wire pully thingy)
Problem is: When I try to start, it wont start.
It has spark
It has gas
It has air.
it has copression.

Yes gas gets into engine because spark plug is "wet" all the time. (not flooded)
but it wont fire the engine up for some wierd reason.

Any ideas? Wiring diagrams? Common problems?

 

got it fixed. There was spark but it was weak and fooled me.
I adjusted the coil littlebit closer and fired right up.

This chinese atv has no cdi or anything, just coil, spark plug and starter motor.
And the engine runs...
