Brand new carb. The slide was all the way down when I took it out of the box. I went to attach the throttle cable into the slide. Now the slide won’t seat all the way down. It’s in the notches and the spring is attached. Do I need to let out more throttle cable or something? I started the quad and it just revs through the roof without touching the throttle.
