Brand new 2019 110cc Chinese atv made by eagle motor company with less than 12 hours run time wont stay runnng. At first it would start than after 20 minutes die and only run if choke was on than stopped running all together. Since than I have bought a brand new carb solenoid spark plug and battery. After installing new carb and new spark plug it would start with choke on only but than die while trying to adjust the mixture screws. And when i do start it I have to hold down start button for along time to get it to fire which i am guessing is because the 2 idle screws not being adjusted. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Go back to the original carb, remove the float bowl, blow the jets out with compressed air and put that carb on the bike. If you are still having problems with it stalling after 20 min, unscrew the fuel filler cap, a sucking sound indicates a blocked tank vent.

What do you mean by "nothing"? Are you back to it running 20 min then stopping, or bad starting followed by it not running long at all? Either way it is looking like valves, or a faulty ignition component. Check the valve clearances first to eliminate that possibility, then follow the stator tests in the sticky at the top of this page.

 

What I mean is I cleaned carbs. Both old one and new one. Hook it back up and only way it starts is hooking it to jumper cables and holding start button for about 45-60 seconds than it will start and after maybe two minutes it shuts off and back wheels spin fastwhen u do get it started.

 

Re-set those valves then check compression. I am beginning to think it seized after 20 min on that first run, and your problems since were due to the scored bore & piston leaking compression.

 

Having similar problems myself Chinese quads are a pain in back side soon as it's fixed all be selling and purchasing a well known brand like Suzuki or Yamaha
