I have a kazuma 110cc atv that I recently pulled out. I checked the timing, compression and spark and all are just fine. I also have a brand new carb, oil, and fuel filter. I just have problems with starting the thing.
I was able to start and idle it a few times, but each time I had to use starting fluid and it didnt start very quickly.
The gasoline in the tank is about a year old, but I don't know if that would be a cause or not.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

 

Try it with fresh fuel. Fit a new plug. If that doesn't work, clean out the old carb's jets with compressed air and put it back on.
