Exclamation Rear Disc Too Close to Caliper Housing

I have an LZ125-8 quad with read disc brake. After assembly, I noted that that the bike was hard to push in neutral. I have two, so compared them. Noted that the rear disc is tight against the left side of the caliper housing and rubs. Looks like the caliper housing is tight to the axle frame and the disc is tightly bolted to the axle. Anybody know where the adjustment would be?

Thanks.
Pics of both bikes.

Bad brake...disc rubbing on caliper housing

Good brake. Working fine.

you can take the spacers out. If you have to you may have to grind the spacers down

Thanks for the response. Very new to this ATV. What spacers are your referring to? I'm about ready to tear into it. Will remove the calipers first and then loosen up the double nut on the axle. I assume we can move the disk to the right with the spacers?
