Default 2004 Hensim 50cc Tierra - Rear Axle Bearings

I bought this quad for my son off of craigslist and it seemed flawless until I got home with it. My son rode it 10 feet and the chain fell off. The rear axle bearings are so worn out I can't tighten the chain enough so it doesn't fall off. I can't find anywhere online a bearing kit for this machine??? I can only find an entire rear axel assembly for $160....... but other sized machine bearing kits are only $10. Can anyone direct me to a website that wsells a bearing kit only? Thanks,

Brian

If you remove the old bearings and any seals, and take them to a local engineers supplier, they will be able to supply new bearings and seals to match them. A bit more expensive than the kits, but not $160.

Thats what the manufacturers are doing now. eliminating the small axle parts and just selling complete. I ran into the same when i had to order bushings. You can also call around to dealers that sell those machines as they may have stock laying around. After about 10 phone calls i finally found a dealer with a few sets of bushings so i bought them all..
