Default 98 sportsman rear caliper rebuild?

Trying to get the caliper pistons out of caliper housing. One will go out while pumping brakes, the other one got pushed in to far flush with housing and will not pump out. Any ideas how to pull it out or push out . I would like to rebuild them w new seals.

Place it on a work bench, have a towel around it and use a blast of compressed air through the bleeder. It'll come out. Just be carefull.

I tried the compressed air it did push one side out . the other side i did have to pump out with a grease gun. If anyone needs to know a grease fitting screws perfectly into either brake bleeder just remove the nipple and screw in the fitting. You do have to find a couple fine thread bolts to plug the brakeline inlets. My caliper i found had a peice of the seal chunked off.
