Help Id a 50cc ATV
So i purchased two kids quads from a friend. He had no idea what they were just that one was a 50cc and the other a 110cc.
Upon inspection the 110 looks like a pretty common chinese 110 tao tao or a varient. Most parts are the same anyway no issues.
However the 50cc is like nothing i have found in my research.
The entire front suspension is very different than anything i have been able to find parts for.
It needs ball joints and i am not sure where to start looking for them.
Thanks for the help
Aaron

Perhaps I am being pedantic, but it hasn't got ball joints, trunnion bushes and what I can only describe as split king pins, is as near as I can get. So plain, or shouldered bushes will be what need replacing. I needed some for a Buyang a while ago, nobody stocked Buyang bushes, but helpfully one supplier (Petrol Scooter) gave sizes on their website for some other Chinese make's bushes. I found a pair that were identical, problem solved. There is a makers and/or VIN plate atop of the font springs on your photos, is it unreadable?

No the sticker is totally white with no writing at all.
So far all the parts have been just as you mentioned, taken apart, measured and sourced by the actual specs.
I dont have any experience with bushings, guess maybe take them apart and hopefully there is something to measured left.
They are pretty loose and the front toe is all over the place at speed.
It looks a little hard to control but i am way to big to ride it and know more than observing my son on it.
What was the web site you got the bushing from?
Any good sources in general?

Petrol Scooter are a UK firm, so little point in going there unless you are in Europe. I'm sure there are several equivalent "Chinese spares specialists" in the US. Any local machine shop can make them, but raw Duthane bar is very expensive compared to ready made bushes, so treat that as a last resort, for if you can't find the required sizes on the net.
