Gio 110 rear brake problem

Default Gio 110 rear brake problem
Hello I have a gio 110'hummer that has lost its brakes and is leaking brake fluid from the piston. I have taken it all apart and there is only one brake pad. Is this this normal? Is the piston the other pad? The quad only haa one tank of gaa through it. Thanks

Ive never seen only 1 pad.. but the chinese never fail to amaze me.. Any chance it got ridden with the brake on?
