Post some pictures of your ride, since you don't have the post count required yet you'll need to add them to your album on your profile.

Just a model number or VIN doesn't go very far when you're dealing with Chinese ATVs, at most you'd get a model year out of it and the fact that it's produced in China, but that's where it usually ends.

However thanks to China copying everything including themselves you'll very likely find identical rides even if the 'brand' doesn't match.

Finding parts for a Chinese ATV usually only requires the knowledge of some very basic info such as engine size, engine type if it's not a GY6 design and the variant of the ride eg.: a sporty atv or a utility vehicle.

I dug through the little paperwork that came with it and believe the brand is Lil Pickup ATV LZ125-4. So even with that I don't see a lot of info so hopefully I can find a compatible model.

Default LZ125-4 Brand Name

I have a LZ125-3, it's a 125cc kids quad.

Manufacture by Shandong Liangzi Power Co. LTD in Zibo, Shandong, China

The importer is LIL PICK UP, INC located in Rowland Heights, CA

With that stated, I don't know that there is a brand name, per se.

We purchased the same ATV. So how do you buy replacement parts? The chain keeps falling off. Not sure if the chain os worn out for the sprocket?

Looks like the previous posters have gone but, if LIL PICK UP, INC is the importer, and is still trading, you may get parts from them. Chains are standard parts anyway, you can get chain on-line, or from any local motorcycle dealer, you do need to know the size though, roller dia, pitch, width between plates and number of links. Both sprockets need to be good too, a visual inspection for wear and "hooking" should show you if they are OK. Worn swinging arm bushes can also throw chains off.
