Default Battery electric fault?

Hi young lad her I pick up a eton yuton 150cc quad today I was trying to jump start it of a Jeep battery when I had it on right first the nuetral light came up green but yet wouldn’t start I’ve since figured that u need to hold the parking brake in for it and was sure it would have started if I done that I’ve seen it running of jump leads allready but at the time I thought I must of had the jump leads on wrong and put them on the wrong way neg to positive stupid mistake and I was aware I had ruined the battery instantly as no light on nuetral after that so then I tried but another 12v battery in out of a motorbike but when I turned the ignition still no light for nuetral mayb when I wired the jumpleads wrong I don’t something to ignition wires or something cuz new battery didn’t seem to get power through to dash any help very appreciated thanks

Checked fuses? Diagram seems to indicate there's a fuse on one of the battery + leads.. reverse connection might have blown it? It's a long shot
