Hisun 500 UTV -Milky oil
#1
My Hisun just has 20 hours on it went to change the oil and it is milky. Coolant level is normal. Utv is only used for short runs. Do not know why the oil would be milky for being so new. Thx.

That is your answer, the oil never gets hot enough to vaporise the condensation which all vehicles get in the oil. Can be a sign of coolant getting into the oil, but try to give it a longer run at fairly high revs to get the engine hot and you will probably not have this problem. Some engines are more prone to it than others. The GM Vauxhall Viva of the 1960s and 70s was notorious for the rocker cover being filled with "mayonnaise"
