Anyone test the Rancher 4x4's in the snow?

Yes! I have had my Rancher in the snow... Pulling 2 kids and one adult (200lbs)on sleds thru the neighborhood... At the same TIME! It pulls like there's not snow on the ground... it supprized me. In the past, when I drove a quad in the snow, (Bayou 220) It did good, and was fun how it would spin the rear wheels and fish tail, but was limited in hill grades and weight being pulled. With the Rancher, I didn't see any limitations.

I have about 8 inches here, drifted areas ???? and some pretty rough ground. It gets around great. I don't move snow with it. I have a truck with heat for that. I maintain a girl scout camp so too much road to do with a atv. But back to riding the atv. I've gone up some pretty steep hills that are long hauls up and it climbed right up it. My brother was with me and he is looking to get one now.

Yes the Rancher is great in the snow we have got about 2 feet here now. I was real impressed, I went out with a Honda 300 with bear claws and a Suzuki 500 with the real locked front end. To my suprise I could go where the both of them would get stuck, actually went through drifts beleive it or not over 3 1/2 feet. Not for a second saying I never got stuck at all, just saying it is real impressive in the snow with the stock tires. Get stuck for a little way and rock back and forth and off you go, although the snow was quite fluffy I think wet packy snow would be a different story.
