Well I can get it for $4795 + Tax I assume, but Im still gonna see if I can work with him on that.

Depends on how many hours and what kind of condition it's in? If it's hardly ridden and immaculate, that's a good price. For comparison, I can get a brand new 03 for $5400 + tax. I've looked at a few used 02's (Freedom Edition) and couldn't get one for less than 5k (no tax when buying used from private party).

Keep in mind, that there is no sales tax if you buy out of state as well. I got mine with 30 hours on it, completely stock for $3750 on Ebay. And its a 2000.
