Default shimmy in front end..

hey guys i just bought some puresports bandit front tires and now there is a very bad shimmy in the front end,all the bushings are new except for the upper stearing post bushing(which is sloppy) and the tie-rod ends are new also..one of my front tires is pointing inward a little bit,
would that cause a shimmy?with my bald stock front tires i didnt feel a shimmy at all so whats the deal?please help..thanks

Check your toe-in (see maint manual)...could be tires out of balance or even a bit loose......

did you get a bad tire. just a car, sometimes you get a defected tire. you toe in being out would make it handle funny or where tires, but i don't think it would start shimming bad.

the toe-in is pretty close to perfect,im not sure if the tire is a defect or not.i bought new tires and wheels all the way around.im not to sure if they got balanced or not,i dont see any weights on the rim..my tire pressure was high but i lowered them, they have equal amount of pressure..im starting to think that its all caused by the upper stearing post buushing, but im not sure..i also droped from a 23" tire to a 22" on the front i wouldnt think that would matter?
