i notice hear latley that when i go to start my sp600 ,turn the key and it just clicks, do it about 6-7 times before it starts, doesnt do it when its warmed up, iv checked the connections, has anyone ran into this yet!!

 

Is it still under warranty? Have you driven through deep water?

 

yes its still under warranty, i just havent had the time to take back to my dealer, i go through some very deep mud holes, but the quad is always cleaned very very good after each ride, im going to west va this weekend and just looking for a quick fix before i go.

 

Make sure the batt is fully charged, no lose connections, It sounds like it is a bad connection some ware, Also make sure the stater bendix is clean and free of mud ect...

i know when my uncles sp500 starter messed up. i pulled it out and apart the inside of the starter was all rusty i dunno if this helps or not......

 

sounds like a loose connection, usually around the selonoid, or the battery is low. I would check all of the connections again.
