I have an 02 700 Sportsman, the exhaust manifold and front pipe are turning cherry red after a riding a short distance.I found the caburator adapter boot split, thought that was it,i changed it and it still does it.I have checked for vacuum leaks, none found, called the dealer and they said they have never heard of this, any suggestions?
